Letter # 875 Schoolage student in need Letter #875

Dear Secret Santa,

I know a friend who became a single mother as of June. Her son has been dealing with the legal system and they have not had a chance to find a place to call their own. Mother works to provide, unfortunately extensive work hours that keep her away from her son. The family has braved on with the aid of welfare and the support of family and friends. Due to a very intense divorce and fight for custody of my young friend he is having difficulty coping with the situation. My friend works every day and prays every night that she may give him the Christmas they deserve with meaningful Christmas memories to show that they are not alone as they go through this difficult time.

While the road to recovery has been long and painful, the thought of providing a meaningful childhood to all her child motivates her to become stronger and healthier mother. The son is growing fact and always in need of new and suitable clothing, especially for winter. A crock pot or microwave to provide a hot meal for the two of them would be a big help. They would also appreciate the chance to go to a local restaurant as a family. I want them to have a Merry Christmas this year and hope you and the community could assist me by providing any donations, whether they be food, clothes, toys or financial assistance to help this very special family of two. Please help my friends, they aren’t the only ones that would be grateful. I have great hopes for this family and the effort they are both putting into strengthening their bond, especially before the holiday seasons.

Male, 7- Size 4 shoes. Size 11-12 pants. Shopping gift cards, art supplies. Sebastian deals with a need to move and create Legos and a bike would give him the freedom to do both He loves Legos but his passion is sports and would like nothing more than to have a soccer ball to be able to share and show off to his school friends.

Mother- Mom did not ask for anything for herself. Instead she asked for things to assist and make the children living easier. A microwave and/or crock pot to make the children hot meals. Blankets and sleeping bags to keep the children warm during these colder times.

By checking this box you agree to fulfill this wish.
